At BET Performance, we do our best to keep our customer’s informed of changes to their order’s status once an order is placed. For example, once your order has left our warehouse, you may receive an email to confirm that the order has been shipped. Furthermore, If you chose to ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, then your tracking number will be included in this email so you can track your package to its destination. Back Orders or Out-of-Stock Items:

While we make every effort to keep all products in stock, occasionally we may run out of certain items, which may not have been immediately reflected on our website at the time you placed your order. If we are out-of-stock on an item that you’ve ordered, you will be notified immediately by either email or telephone. At that time you may choose another item or remove that item from your order for a refund. Any out-of-stock items will be placed on back order unless you notify us that you would like to remove the item from your order.

When Will My Order Arrive:

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Overnight orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day.
  • Order processing and delivery only occurs on business days — Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays.
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or International shipments may take an additional 1-2 days to process.
  • Actual shipping transit time will depend on the shipping option you chose during checkout. Please check with either UPS, FedEx or USPS for their delivery time guidelines.

If you are having your order delivered to a Post Office Box or an APO address, then you will need to select USPS as UPS and FedEx do not ship to non-physical addresses. Your delivery times and prices will be determined by the carrier you choose at the time of checkout.

From time to time, we may offer our customers various coupons, discounts or special promotions. Limited Warranty

    • All new parts listed on this site are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days or 4,000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. This warranty does not apply to electrical products (no warranty or returns on electrical). Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or crediting the original purchase price of any part found to be defective. This is the only warranty BET Performance is making.Any manufacturers extended warranties or limited lifetime warranties, if any, are handled through the manufacturer only.What is NOT covered under BET Performance warranty:
      • Removal or installation costs
      • Damage due to accident, misuse or alteration
      • Damage due to lack of maintenance

Rebuilt items are warranted for 3 months against defects in workmanship; not against abuse, loading, incorrect installation or improper lubrication. It is the customers responsibility to review that all parts and ratios are correct prior to installation or any alteration. All parts must be shipped prepaid freight to our shop for our inspection and determination.

We do not authorize nor will we pay for, outside repairs. ANY OUTSIDE REPAIR VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. We will not pay for labor, loss of revenue or perishable goods, commercial losses, costs of telephone calls or general inconvenience. This is our only warranty expressed or implied.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • The manufacturer and distributor do not authorize any person to create for them any other obligation or liability in connection with its products. This is the only warranty we make. Any implied warranty applicable to these parts is limited in duration to the same time period of time as this written warranty. BET Performance shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or contingent damages you might suffer as a result of our breach of this written or implied warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.This warranty applies only to our customers. We will repair or replace any defective part, but reserve the right to see the part to determine if it is truly a defective item. If you have a problem with one of our parts, contact us by phone, fax or e-mail and inform us of the nature of your problem, the product part number, and the date of purchase. If your problem cannot be solved at that time, you will be given an RGA # and then asked to return the part to us. We will send you a replacement part when we receive the problem part at no charge. If we send a replacement part to you before we receive the problem part, you will be charged for the part and when we receive the problem part we will credit your account in the amount you were charged for the replacement part. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or crediting the original purchase price of any part found to be defective. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • At BET Performance, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Once the email is received, a representative will contact you with instructions on how to return the product for either a refund or exchange. Please note that if a customer returns any product because they are unsatisfied with their order, they must return the product in a un-used, “Like New” condition and the product must be in its original packaging. Shipping

  • The shipping charge on your order is based on the shipping method chosen.  See shipping chart for rates and transit times.
  • Every effort is made to ensure that your purchases are shipped by the next business day of the receipt of your order (Monday-Friday). Most orders received before 11:00 a.m. PST will ship the same day, but not guaranteed.
  • Our standard shipping is FedEx ground. We may require a signature when an order is delivered.
  • UPS may require a signature on delivery (even if BET Performance has not requested it), depending on area and insured amount of order.
  • BET Performance only ships to USA, Canada and Mexico.
  • All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Carson City, NV 89702.

Returns

  • All returns must be accompanied with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. E-mail or call our customer service department to obtain an RGA number.
  • We will issue credit on clean and unopened sealed parts, less shipping and a restocking and handling fee. All goods must be returned within 30 days, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. A restock fee of 15% or more will be charged on all authorized returns. Any unauthorized returned may be refused, or accepted subject to a 25% or larger restock fee
  • BET Performance does not offer exchanges.  We only offer returns.
  • All items must be unused. Parts that are sealed are NOT RETURNABLE once they are opened. This includes parts that are sealed in plastic wrap! Electrical component are NOT returnable. Always read the description on sealed kits to verify proper application before opening. BET Performance reserves the right to thoroughly inspect all returns before credit is issued.
  • Returns on international items are not accepted if applicable duties/taxes have not been paid by the consumer.
